<br />I) <br /> <br />Book 1,y~Page <br /> <br />204 <br /> <br />WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN FOR ANNEXATION <br /> <br />The Town of Mooresville having provided alJ services for the real property described in <br /> <br />the attached Exhibit "A" and having reviewed the location of said tract and the proximity to the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville for furnishing services to the annexed area now makes the folJowing <br /> <br />findings for the provision of services to this area: <br /> <br /> <br />I. That this area is within the planning and zoning jurisdiction of the Civil Town of <br /> <br /> <br />Mooresville consisting of two (2) commercial lots being served by the Town utilities and other <br /> <br /> <br />Town departments. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That each of these entities is receiving sanitary sewer service and roads. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That there is adequate police and fire protection to provide service to this area. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The Town of Mooresville's sanitary sewer plant does have the capacity to provide <br /> <br />service to these respective uses and currently is providing service. <br /> <br />5. That no new employee should be needed to provide the necessary police, fire, street <br /> <br />and sanitary sewer service to the respective lots. <br />
