<br />I <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />determined by the Town Council. For the purposes of reviewing the <br /> <br /> <br />unit contribution, the usage of a single family residence will be <br /> <br /> <br />considered as 300 gallons per day. Users listed in Attachment <br /> <br /> <br />Number 1 shall also be billed a monthly rate in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />current sewer rate charges. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION III - MANNER OF PAYMENT <br /> <br />Payment of the Availability and Connections Costs shall be made at <br /> <br /> <br />the following times and in the following manner: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Availabilitv Costs. The first half of the Availability costs <br /> <br /> <br />shall be paid at the time of the issuance of the plat or planned <br /> <br /> <br />unit development approved by the Mooresville Plan Commission, <br /> <br /> <br />approving the plat for recording purposes. In the event the <br /> <br /> <br />property is being platted in sections, the installment shall be due <br /> <br /> <br />on the respective sections as they are platted. The balance of the <br /> <br /> <br />Availability Costs shall be paid upon completion of the <br /> <br /> <br />construction of the proposed sewer improvements and the acceptance <br /> <br /> <br />by the Town of Mooresville which shall occur prior to the issuance <br /> <br /> <br />of any building permit on structures served by the line. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Connection Costs. Connection costs shall be due and payable <br /> <br /> <br />upon application for connection to the Town Sanitary Sewer system. <br /> <br /> <br />Upon a showing to the Town Council of some undue hardship and <br /> <br /> <br />public need or enhancement by the connection the Town Council shall <br /> <br /> <br />have the discretion to waive connection fees. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION IV - OFF-SITE TRUNK SEWERAGE <br /> <br /> <br />All easements shall be dedicated to the Town of Mooresville and <br /> <br />.!! <br />
