(d) To represent to any person because of race, color, religioa, sex, <br /> handicap, familial status or national origin that airy duelling is not available <br /> for inspectlou, sale, or rental when suc]l dwelling is in fact so available. <br /> <br /> (e) For profit, to induce or attempt to induce aay persou ~o sell or rent <br />any dwelling by representatious regaL,llng tire entry or perspective eutry into <br />the Imighl)orhood of a person or persons of a particular race, color, religion, <br />sex, handicap, familial status or national o[igin. <br /> <br /> (f)(]) To discriminate in tile sale or reatal, or to otheruise make <br /> nnavailable or deny, a duelling to any buyer or renter because o~ a handicap <br /> <br /> (A) that buyer or <br /> <br /> (B) a person residing in or intending to reside iu that d~elllng after <br /> it is so sold, reoted, or made available; or <br /> <br /> (C) any person associated with that person. <br /> <br />(2) To discriminate agaiast any pe~:soa in the terms, conditioes, or <br />privileges ef sale or rental of a duelling, or in the provision of services or <br />facilities ia cOnuection with such dwelliag, because of a handicap <br /> <br /> (A) that person; or <br /> <br /> (B) a persou residing in or intending to reside in that dwelling after <br /> it is so sold, rented, or made available; or <br /> <br /> (C) any person associated with that person. <br /> <br /> (3) For purposes of this subsection, discrimiuatiou includes: <br /> <br /> (A) a refusal to permit, at the expease of the handicapped person, <br /> reasonable modifications of existing > . <br /> [remlses occupied or to be <br /> occupied by such persoa if such modificatious may be aecessary to <br /> afford such persoa full eujoyaent of the premises except that, <br /> the case of a rental, the ].andlo~d may qbere it is reasonable <br /> do so coaditiou pecmissioa for a modification on the rearer <br /> agreeing to restore the interioc of the premises to the couditlon <br /> that existed before the modification, reasonable ~eac and tear <br /> excepted; <br /> <br /> (B) a refasai to make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, <br /> practices, or services, ~heu such accommodations may be necessary <br /> to a~ford such pecsoa equal opportunity to use aad eajoy a <br /> d~elllng; or ' <br /> <br /> (C) in counectioa uitb the desiga and constructioa of covered <br /> multi-family duellings for first occupancy after the date that is <br /> 30 months after September ]3, 1988, a failure to design aad <br /> construct those duellings in snch a manner that-~ <br /> <br /> (i) the public use and common use portions of such <br /> due]lings are readily accessible to and usable by <br /> hamlicapped persons; <br /> <br /> <br />
