Sectiou 6. DISCRIHINATION IN TIlE PROVISION OF BROKERAGE SERVICES:

<br />participation ill any mu]tiple-listlng service, real estate brokers' orgaoizatiou
<br />or o~her service~ orgaoization, or facility relating to the business of selling
<br />or reoting duellings, or to discriminate against him in the terms or condittoas
<br />of sucll access, membership, or participation, on account of race~ color~
<br />~e]igion, sex~ handicap~ familial status or natiooal origio.

<br /> Section 7. INTERFERENCE, COERCION, OR INTIMIDATION:
<br />
<br /> It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any
<br />persoo in tile exercise or enjoyment of, or on accouat of his having exercised or
<br />enjoyed, or oo accouat of his having aided or encouraged any other person in the
<br />exercise or enJoymellt of, any right granted or PL'otected by sections 3, 4, 5, or
<br />6 of this ordinaoce.

<br /> Section 8. PREVENTION OF INTIMIDATION IN FAIR IIOUSING CASES:

<br /> Whoever, whether or not acting under co]or of law, by force or threat of
<br />force wilIfully injures, intimidates or interferes with, or attempts to injure,
<br />iutimidate or interfele with:
<br />
<br /> (a) any person J)ecause of his race, color, religion, sex, handicap,
<br /> familial status, or natiooa] origia and because lie is or has been selling,
<br /> ptlrchasing, renting, fina.cing, occupying, or coutracting or negotiating for the
<br /> sale, purchase, rental, financing or occupation of any dwelling, or applying for
<br /> or participating io auy service, organization, or facility relating to tim
<br /> J)llsilless of selling or renting due]llags; or
<br />
<br /> (b) auy person because im is or Ires been, or io order to iatimidate snch
<br />person or say other persou or any class of persolls from:
<br />
<br /> . (1) participating, uithont dlscrJmination on account of race, eolor~
<br /> el]g]on, sex, handicap, familial status, or natioaal origin, in any of the
<br />ac~ivlties, services, organizations or facilities described in subsecttoa 15(a);
<br />or
<br />
<br /> (2) affordiog another person or class of persons opportun.ity or
<br />protection so to participate; or
<br />
<br /> (c) any citlzeo becanse he is or has'been, or in order to discourage such
<br />citizeo or soy other citizen from laufolly Jiding or encouraging other persons
<br />to participate, wlthout diserlmiaatioa on accou.t of race, color, religion, sex,
<br />handicap, familial status, or natioaal origio, io any of the activities,
<br />services, orgaaizations or facilities described in s~bsect]oo (a), or
<br />participatiag lawfully io speech or peacefol assembly opposiog say deaial of the
<br />opportuoity to participate shall be fiaed not more than $1,000, or imprisoned
<br />not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not
<br />more than $10,000, or impr]sooed for not more than ten years, or both; and if
<br />death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for
<br />life.
