ORDINANCE NO. ~ 1990 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREA ON THE WEST SIDE OF MAPLE LANE FROM WASHINGTON STREET NORTH TO THE FIRST EAST WEST ALLEY ON SAID WEST SIDE OF MAPLE LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted to the Civil Town of Mooresville through its Town Council to enact certain ordinances to establish reasonable regulations for the protection of the life, health, safety and property of the citizens of the Civil Town of Mooresville, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted prohibiting parking on the west side of Maple Lane as more particularly set out herein: Section I. That parking on the west side of Maple Lane from Washington Street north to the first east west alley on the west side of said Maple Lane shall be prohibited at all times and said west side of Maple Lane shall be established as a IINo Parking Zone" , and that no parking shall be permitted at any time at and along said designated area. Section II. That the Town Marshall, or any other person designated by the Town Council of the civil Town of Mooresville, shall post or cause to be posted signs at the aforesaid no parking areas designating such areas as 'INo Parking Zones". Section III. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that the Mooresville Town Marshall or any deputy marshall of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, lS hereby authorized to tow away, or have removed and towed away by commercial towing service, any motor vehicle illegally parked in the above designated areas on the rights-of- way of the streets described in Section I. That any such vehicle towed away for violating the provisions of this Ordinance, shall be towed to a place of safe storage and shall not be returned to the owner of such motor vehicle, until such time as the owner pays a reasonable commercial towing charge,
