ORDINANCE NO. /) 7 ¡qqO BEFORE THE MOOlŒSVILLE ,[,O\VN E()/liW AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS UPON THE APPLICATION OF: ROGER CAPERTON, ETAL WHEREAS, the Town of MooresviIle has duly established pursuant to Indiana Statutes, the Mooresville Plan Commission, vested with the powers of advisory planning commissions under the Indiana Code; and WHE~EAS, said Planning Commission did lawfully convene on Januacy 25, 1990 to consider an application for rezoning of three (3) tracts filed by Roger Caperton, Donald N. Stafford and Steven Buchanan, and, WHEJ.EAS, said Planning Commission did unanimously approve and recommend said rezoning and the amendment of the zonlng ordinance of the Town of Mooresville; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning ordinance of the Town of Hooresville, and the zoning maps pectaining thereto shall hereafter be amended to show as the appropriate zoning that classification of the zoning ordinance denominat .,d generi'll business (GB) for the following described tract: A part of the South one-half of Section 30, Township 14 Nor1:h, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Morgan County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner o[ said Section 30, thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds West, 171l,78 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds West, 1115.0 feet to the center of State Road #67, thence North 05 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, on and along said centerline, IS52,98 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 970.00 feet; thence South 03 degrees 25 minutes 23 seconds East, 930,82 feet; thence South 05 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 620.00 feet to the point of beginning.
