<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />/) <br />7 <br /> <br />¡qqO <br /> <br />BEFORE THE MOOlÅ’SVILLE ,[,O\VN E()/liW <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: <br /> <br />ROGER CAPERTON, ETAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of MooresviIle has duly established <br /> <br />pursuant to Indiana Statutes, the Mooresville Plan Commission, <br /> <br />vested with the powers of advisory planning commissions under <br /> <br />the Indiana Code; and <br /> <br />WHE~EAS, said Planning Commission did lawfully convene <br /> <br />on Januacy 25, 1990 to consider an application for rezoning <br /> <br />of three (3) tracts filed by Roger Caperton, Donald N. Stafford <br /> <br />and Steven Buchanan, and, <br /> <br />WHEJ.EAS, said Planning Commission did unanimously approve <br /> <br />and recommend said rezoning and the amendment of the zonlng <br /> <br />ordinance of the Town of Mooresville; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning ordinance <br /> <br />of the Town of Hooresville, and the zoning maps pectaining <br /> <br />thereto shall hereafter be amended to show as the appropriate <br /> <br />zoning that classification of the zoning ordinance denominat .,d <br /> <br />generi'll business (GB) for the following described tract: <br /> <br />A part of the South one-half of Section 30, Township 14 <br />Nor1:h, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian in <br />Morgan County, Indiana, more particularly described as <br />follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner o[ said <br />Section 30, thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds <br />West, 171l,78 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continue North 89 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds West, 1115.0 <br />feet to the center of State Road #67, thence North 05 <br />degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, on and along said <br />centerline, IS52,98 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes <br />00 seconds East, 970.00 feet; thence South 03 degrees 25 <br />minutes 23 seconds East, 930,82 feet; thence South 05 <br />degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 620.00 feet to the point <br />of beginning.
