1. That any zoning variance as to the property of the petitioner is not <br /> permanent, but will only be valid for the life of Walter Hadley or <br /> until such time Walter Hadley sells such property or in any manner fails <br /> to maintain such property as his permanent residence. <br /> <br />2. That Walter or Minnie Hadley shall not display any sign concerning the <br /> sale of bunk beds or other articles on the property at 10 Commerce Drive, <br /> Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />3. That Walter and Minnie Hadley shall not hire or otherwise engage <br /> salesmen to promote the sale of bunk beds or other articles or to <br /> represent the Hadleys in any such manner. <br /> <br />4. That Walter and Minnie Hadley warrant to maintain the property in the <br /> same or like condition as such property enjoyed prior to their petition <br /> for a zoning variance to protect and maintain the environmental and <br /> visual condition of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />5. That Walter and Minnie Hadley also agree in the event a condition as <br /> cited herein is breached and such breach is not readily corrected upon <br /> written notice to the Hadleys, then those property owners within two <br /> properties or 660 feet to the Hadleys property may petition the Board <br /> of Zoning Appeals for revocation of the zoning variance granted herein. <br /> <br />6. That there shall be no traffic congestion or traffic hazard created <br /> <br /> by the home occupation. <br /> <br />7. That only the occupant or members of his or her family, normally <br /> residing on said premises, handle all the work and that no other <br /> parties be employed either at the residence or elsewhere in said <br /> occupation. <br /> <br />8. That no external changes, additions, enlargements, or exterior <br /> alterations relating in any way to the home occupation will be <br /> permitted. <br /> <br /> <br />
