Westcnhofer. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having jurisdiction <br /> <br />over the subject real estate has recommended to the Town Board <br /> <br />of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville that the application <br /> <br />for rezoning as filed by said applicant be rezoned from its present <br /> <br />classification A-medium density residential to GB-general business <br /> <br />classification, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />now accepts the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br />and the following real estate located within the jurisdiction of <br /> <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission is hereby rezoned to a zoning <br /> <br />classification of GB, general business district. <br /> <br />Such real estate <br /> <br />located in the County of Morgan, the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />State of Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Number Ten (10) in GLENDALE SUBDIVISION, an addition to the <br />Town of Mooresville, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed <br />Record 81, pages 155-156, in the office of the Recorder of <br />Morgan County, Indiana. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING: A strip of 180 feet of even width off the entire <br />west side of the tract. <br /> <br />This S~ecial Ordinance passed this <br /> <br />;'7 tV <br />/ <br /> <br />day of January, 1988. <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />FOR RECORD <br /> <br />·88 JftH 20 PI'!
