<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing
<br />
<br />on January 28, 1988, with reference to an
<br />J
<br />filed by Richard V. Newcomer and Marjorie
<br />
<br />application for rezoning
<br />J
<br />Newcomer which petition
<br />
<br />was docketed as Plan Commission Docket No.1, 1988, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having jurisdiction
<br />
<br />over the subject real estate has recommended to the Board of Trustees
<br />
<br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the application for
<br />
<br />rezoning as filed by said applicants be rezoned from its present
<br />
<br />classification of A-Residential to GB-General Business, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville,
<br />
<br />Indiana now ac~epts the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan
<br />
<br />Commission and the following real estate located within the juris-
<br />
<br />diction of the Mooresville Plan Commission is hereby rezoned to
