Lloyd and <br /> <br />Jane M. Lloyd; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having jurisdiction over the subject <br /> <br />real estate has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana that the application for rezoning as filed by said applicants be rezoned <br /> <br />from its present classification local business to general business; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville now accepts <br /> <br />the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission and the following real estate <br /> <br />located within the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Plan Commission is hereby rezoned <br /> <br />to general business. Such real estate located in Morgan County, State of Indiana <br /> <br />more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 14 North, <br />Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, <br />Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning 280.0 feet West of a stone at the Northeast corner <br />of Section 30, Township and Range aforesaid, and 15.0 feet South <br />of the North line of said Section 30, run thence southerly and <br />parallel w;th the East line of said Northeast quarter a distance <br />of 400.0 feet; run thence westerly parallel to said North line <br />a distance of 217.80 feet to the BEGINNING POINT of this <br />description: <br /> <br />From said Beginning Point run thence northerly parallel with <br />said East line a distance of 47.0 feet; run thence easterly <br />a distance of 25.0 feet; run thence southerly a distance of <br />57.0 feet to the South line of a tract of land containing <br />2.537 acres; run thence westerly on said South line a distance <br />of 25.0 feet to The Beginning Point, containing 1425 square feet. <br /> <br />This special ordinance passed this 6th day of January, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />-I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />, J <br /> <br />" ". <br />"';"y t.\OO;;"',., <br />...., j ,............... ~-::-.......'.. <br /> <br />. - ~.. .....
