<br />Excepting and reserving unto Public Service Company of
<br />
<br />Indiana, Inc. ("Grantor") a permanent and perpetual
<br />
<br />right-of-way and easement for the transmission of electric
<br />
<br />energy, together with the right to Grantor to locate, relocate,
<br />
<br />construct, reconstruct, erect, operate, use, repair, maintain,
<br />
<br />add, renew, remove, inspect, and patrol, at any and all times,
<br />
<br />supporting structures, such as poles or towers, conductors, and
<br />
<br />'.

<br />all necessary or useful facilities and equipment with respect
<br />
<br />to the transmission of electric energy, including crossarms,
<br />
<br />wires, cables, guys, anchors, grounding system and all other
<br />
<br />appurtenant equipment and fixtures (all of the foregoing being

<br />hereinafter called collectively "Grantor's Facilities") in, on,
<br />
<br />along, over, under, through and across the following described
<br />
<br />real estate (hereinafter called "Easement") situated in Morgan
<br />
<br />County, Indiana, to-wit:

<br />A strip of land forty (40) feet in width lying
<br />twenty (20) feet wide on both sides of a
<br />centerline, which centerline is more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point located on the north
<br />property line of a 0.46 acre tract of land,
<br />owned by the Grantor, located in the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North,
<br />Range 1 East, and recorded on July 31, 1929 in
<br />Record lOI, Page 26, in the Office of the
<br />Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana; said point
<br />being approximately 1,670 feet South and
<br />approximately II feet East of the Northwest
<br />corner of the East Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North,
<br />Range 1 East; thence South (parallel to the
<br />West property line of said 0.46 acre tract of
<br />land) for a distance of approximately 173 feet
<br />to an angle point; thence by deflecting an
<br />angle of approximately 90° 00' to the left,
<br />said centerline continues in an easterly
<br />direction (parallel to the South property line
<br />of said 0.46 acre tract of land) for a
<br />distance of approximately 56 feet to a point
<br />of terminus on the East property line of said
