<br />I <br /> <br />, ;<éjf <br /> <br />perpetual right, permit, easement and BOOK PAGE 1dB <br />privilege to locate and maintain two anchors <br />with guys attached, for supporting poles or <br />other appurtenances used by Grantor in <br />connection with the operation of a <br />transmission line. Said anchors are to be <br />located at points approximately 27 feet North <br />and approximately 97 feet West of the <br />Southeast corner of said 0.46 acre tract of <br />land and also approximately 2 feet North and <br />approximately 56 feet West of the Southeast <br />corner of said 0.46 acre tract of land. <br /> <br />Which strip of land and anchors are located in <br />the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township <br />14 North, Range 1 East, and containing in the <br />above described Easement 0.21 acres, more or <br />less. <br /> <br />Together with the right to' the Grantor: <br /> <br />1. To cut, trim, control, or eliminate, by chemical or <br /> <br />other means, any trees, overhanging branches and vegetation <br /> <br />from the Easement, and within twenty-five (25) feet thereof on <br /> <br />adjacent lands of the City of Mooresville ("Grantee"); <br /> <br />2. To remove any obstructions from the Easement which in <br /> <br />the judgment of Grantor may endanger the safety or interfere <br /> <br />with the installation, use, or enjoyment of Grantor's <br /> <br />Facilities; and <br /> <br />3. Of ingress and egress to, over, and from any necessary <br /> <br />portion of Grantee's real estate to the Easement, by way of <br /> <br />established roads or lanes where available, at any and all <br /> <br />times for the purpose of exercising and enjoying any and all <br /> <br />the rights hereby excepted and reserved unto Grantor. <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed: <br /> <br />I. Grantee shall have the right to cultivate or otherwise <br /> <br />use the Easement in any way not inconsistent with the Easement <br /> <br />-2- <br />
