<br />ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUIOUS TERRITORY TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE,
<br />MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville,
<br />
<br />Morgan County, Indiana, that:
<br />
<br />By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of
<br />
<br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, by the laws of the State of Indiana, being
<br />
<br />r
<br />
<br />Indiana Code 36-4-3, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the following tracts
<br />
<br />of real estate, which are contiguous territory to the Civil Town of Mooresville,
<br />
<br />having in excess of 1/8 of the aggregate external boundaries of the territory
<br />
<br />coinciding with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville with said contiguous
<br />
<br />strip of land being in excess of 150 feet wide at the point of connection to the
<br />
<br />Civil Town of Mooresville. That said following tracts of real estate are hereby
<br />
<br />annexed in the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, said real
<br />
<br />estate being all situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Parcell. Said follo\ñng described real estate belonging to Maurice E. Testerman
<br />
<br />and Frances M. Testerman, husband and wife:
<br />
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Gregory's Subdivision to the Town of Mooresville,
<br />Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 816.87
<br />feet South 17 degrees East of the Northwest corner of said subdivision,
<br />thence South 83 degrees and 7 minutes East 497.55 feet to a point
<br />on the East line of said subdivision, thence South 31 degrees East
<br />along the said East line 190.05 feet to a point, thence North 83
<br />degrees and 7 minutes West 547.83 feet to a point on the West line
<br />of said subdivision, thence North 17 degrees West 164,05 feet to
<br />the place of beginning.
<br />ALSO
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Gregory's Subdivision to the City of Mooresville,
<br />Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point South
<br />17 degrees East 980.92 feet of the Northwest corner of said subdivision
<br />and South 83 degrees and 7 minutes East 355.83 feet from the West
<br />line of said subdivision, thence South 83 degrees and 7 minutes East
<br />192.0 feet to a point on the East line of said subdivision, thence
<br />South 28 degrees and 15 minutes West 142,56 feet to a point, thence
<br />South 17 degrees and 15 minutes West 91.08 feet to a point, thence
<br />South 11 degrees and 15 minutes West 473.22 feet to a point at the
<br />southeast corner of said subdivision, thence West along the South
<br />line of said subdivision 67.32 feet to a point, thence North 4
<br />degrees and 51 minutes East 703.25 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />Parcel 2. Said following described real estate belonging to John Samuel Testerman:

<br />Lot Number Ten (10) in Gregorys Sub-Division of Part of the North
<br />East quarter of Section 35, Township 14 Korth, Range 1 East,
<br />as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record #128 at page 232, of the
<br />Records of Morgan County, Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit:

<br />Beginning at a point South 17 degrees East 980,92 feet to the North
<br />West corner of said Sub-Division, thence South 83 degrees and 7
<br />minutes East 355.83 feet to a point, thence South 4 degrees and
<br />51 minutes West 703.25 feet to a point on the South line of said
<br />Sub-Division, thence West along said South line 67.32 feet to the
<br />South West corner of said Sub-Division, thence North 17 degrees West
<br />along the West line of said Sub-Division 777.32 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, containing 3.42 acres more or less.
