Said following described real estate belonging to Hoosier Water Company, Inc., an Indiana corporation: Lots Number Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in Gregory's Subdivision, an Addition to the Town of Mooresville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record No. 128, page 232 of the Recorder's Office of Morgan County, Indiana, being a part of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 14 North, Range I East, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Harrison Avenue and the South line of Jones' Addition to the Town of Mooresville, extended North 80 degrees no minutes West 121.1 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot No.5 in said Jones' Addition, continue thence North 80 degrees no minutes West a distance of 209.7 feet to an iron pipe (the following bearings are based on this line North 80 degrees no minutes West); deflect 23 degrees 21 minutes left and run South 76 degrees 39 minutes West a distance of 214.4 feet to a point in the center line of the Concrete bridge over White Lick Creek (said point is 39,1 feet from the' East end of the concrete apron and 18.8 feet from the East end of the bridge and 26.0 feet South 17 degrees no minutes East from the Northwest corner of Gregory's Subdivision at the center of the East end of the old steel truss bridge over White Lick Creek); run thence South 17 degrees no minutes East on the West line of said Subdivision a distance of 790.87 feet to the South west corner of Lot No.7 (said Southwest corner is in White Lick Creek); run thence South 83 degrees 07 minutes East on the South line of Lot No.7 a distance of 278.7 feet to the West line of a gravel road running North and South; run thence North 1 degree 35 minutes East on the West line of said road a distance of 310.0 feet; run thence North 37 degrees 03 minutes West a distance of 78.1 feet to the West line of Harrison Avenue; run thence North 19 degrees 36 minutes West on said West line a distance of 177.0 feet; run thence North I degree no minutes East on said West line a distance of 263.9 feet to the place of beginning containing 7.06 acres, more or less.
