I Part of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the East line of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, township and range aforesaid, 565.0 feet North of a stone at the Southeast corner of Section 36, run thence N 79° 04' 12" Won the South line of a 5.0 acre tract a distance of 399,23 feet to the Southeast corner of the following described parcel and the BEGINNING POINT of this description: From said beginning point continue thence N 79° 14' 12" W along an existing fence a distance of 236.435 feet; run thence N 09° 25' 28" E a distance of 701.96 feet to the center of S.R. 144; thence run S 54° 52' 30" E in the center of said road a distance of 141.26 feet to the Northwest corner of said 5.0 acre tract now owned by the Assembly of God; run thence S 00° 08' 30" E on the West line of said parcel a distance of 656.10 feet to the BEGINNING POINT, containing 2.773 acres, more or less.
