I Parcel 29". Said following described real estate belonging to Indianaplis Power & Light Company: Part of the West half of the Northeast quarter and part of the East half of the Northeast quarter in Section thirty six (36), Township fourteen (14) North, Range one (I) East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot # six (6) in BLOCK fifteen (15) in MOORE'S SECOND ADDITION to the Town of Mooresville, and run thence N 90° 00' E on the South line of MAIN Street (extended) a distance of one hundred twenty one and seven-tenths (121.7) feet to its intersection with the West Line of the East half of the Northeast quarter of Section thirty six (36), township and range aforesaid. (Said intersection is thirteen hundred thirty one and eight-tenths (1331.8) feet S 0° 45' E from the Northwest corner of said East half. Said West line is two and five-tenths (2.5) feet west and parallel to the centerline of Old State Road # 67, shown on plat of Mooresville as MITCHELL AVENUE). From said intersection run thence S 0° 45' E on said West line a distance of eighteen and seventy-five hundredths (18.75) feet to the North line of the following described real estate and the BEGINNING POINT OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
