I Parcel 30 . Said following described real estate belonging to Alan R. McConnell: Part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section twenty-five (25), Township fourteen (14) North, Range one (1) East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning thirteen hundred thirty-three and five-tenths (1333.5) feet south of an Iron Pin at the Center North of the Northwest quarter of Section twenty-five, township and range aforesiad, and on the East line of said quarter-quarter, and at the northeast corner of Victor Young's "HILLCRESTII Subdivision, run thence northerly on said East line a distance of three hundred sixty-eight and sixty-three hundredths (368.63) feet to the Southeast corner of a tract of land containing (0.77) of an acre; deflect 90 degrees and 00 minutes left and run westerly on the South line of said tract a distance of one hundred seventy-nine and eighty-four hundredths (179.84) feet; deflect 92 degrees and 08 minutes right and run northerly on the West line of said tract a distance of seventy-nine (79,0) feet; run thence westerly a distance of three hundred fifty-three (353.0) feet; run thence northerly a distance of two hundred seventeen and four-tenths (217.4) feet to a point that is six hundred sixty-three and seven-tenths (663.7) feet south and five hundred thirty-three and five-tenths (533,5) feet west of an Iron Pin at the Center North of said quarter-quarter; run thence westerly a distance of seven hundred eighty-six and one-tenth (786.1) feet to the West line of Section twenty-five (25); run thence southerly on said West line a distance of six hundred sixty-three (663.0) feet to the Center West of said Northwest quarter of Section twenty-five (25), and the northwest corner of the above mentioned subdivision; run thence easterly on the North line of said subdivision a distance of thirteen hundred twenty-five (1325,0) feet to the place of beginning, containing 17.20 acres, more or less, and subject to the legal right-of-way of County Road off of and across the entire east end thereof.
