<br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE TOWN OF
<br />MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a
<br />
<br />public hearing relative to a petition for rezoning filed by
<br />
<br />James A. and Opal Terry, husband and wife, which petition was
<br />
<br />docketed at Plan Commission Docket No. I, 1979, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of
<br />
<br />Mooresville, Indiana, now accepts the recommendation of the
<br />
<br />Mooresville Plan Commission, the following described real es-
<br />
<br />tate located in the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, is
<br />
<br />now rezoned to zoning classification "LBI' Local Business, such
<br />
<br />real estate being described as follows:
<br />
<br />A part of the Northeast quarter of Section 36,
<br />Township 14 North, Range 1 East, described as
<br />follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point which
<br />is 14,50 chains East and 4.50 chains North of
<br />the center of said Section and running thence
<br />East 110 feet to the West bank of Goose Creek,
<br />thence in a Southerly direction with said West
<br />bank to the Mooresville adn Waverly Gravel Road,
<br />thence in a Northwesterly direction with said
<br />road to a point 1.98 chains south of the place
<br />of beginning, except the following part thereof,
<br />to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of
<br />the above described tract at a stone and running
<br />thence East 80 feet, thence South 90 feet, thence
<br />West 80 feet, thence North 90 feet to the place
<br />of beginning, containing .08 acres. Subject to
<br />the right-of-way for a public highway to the
<br />State of Indiana recorded in Deed Record 111,
<br />page 560, records of Morgan County.

<br />This ordinance adopted this 17th day of April, 1979,
<br />
