<br />- <br /> <br />Section 3 <br /> <br />r" <br /> <br />All such construction, cutting of, reconstruction, repairs <br /> <br />or alterations of such public ways shall be made and conform with <br /> <br />the specifications laid down or approved from time to time by the <br /> <br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />Section 4 <br /> <br />Application for such permits as required by this ordinance <br /> <br />shall described the location of the intended cut, construction, re- <br /> <br />construction, alteration, repair or opening on or across any such <br /> <br />pUblicway, the size thereof, the purpose therefor, the person, the <br /> <br />firm or corporation doing the actual work, and such application <br /> <br />shall contain an agreement that the applicant shall comply with all <br /> <br />ordinances and laws relating to the work to be accomplished. <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />plans and specifications may be requested by the Board of Trustees <br /> <br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, before such permits be <br /> <br />issued. <br /> <br />section 5 <br /> <br />Before any such intended work is started, the applicant <br /> <br />shall pay to the Clerk of the Civil Town of Mooresville, a permit <br /> <br />inspection fee in the amount of Ten Dollars ($10.00), <br /> <br />Section 6 <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of <br /> <br />this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty-Five Dollars <br /> <br />($25,00) <br /> <br />nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100,00), for each <br /> <br />offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each <br /> <br />day during, or on which a violation occurs or continues. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists, Part I of this ordinance is <br /> <br />declared to be in full force and effect on passage of the same, <br /> <br />and the Clerk-Treasurer is directed to publish said Ordinance for <br /> <br />Two (2) consecutive weeks. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
