<br />-- <br /> <br />PART II <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, state of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />section 1 <br /> <br />Each public and/or private utility doing business within <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, shall file with the Clerk-Treasurer of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, a corporate surety bond in the principal sum of <br /> <br />Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500,00), as and for assurance <br /> <br />to the Board of Trustees of the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> <br />that each of such utilities shall fully comply with the provisions of <br /> <br />Part I of this Ordinance, regulating the maintenance, repair, cutting, <br /> <br />construction, reconstruction or alteration of public streets, alleys <br /> <br />curbs, sidewalks and other publicways within the Civil Town of Moores- <br /> <br />ville, Indiana~ <br /> <br />section 2 <br /> <br />In the event that any such utility shall fail to comply <br /> <br />with the provisions of the above section I of Part II of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />permits as are provided for in Part I of this ordinance shall not be <br /> <br />issued until compliance is had. <br /> <br />section 3 <br /> <br />Any person, business, corporation or other entity, other <br /> <br />than public or private utilities, which shall make application for <br /> <br />a permit to cut, construct, reconstruct or lay any pavement on any <br /> <br />public street, alley, curb, sidewalk or other publicway, or to repair <br /> <br />the same, or alter the same, shall be obligated to make application <br /> <br />and to pay the stated permit inspection fee in the amount of Ten <br /> <br />Dollars ($10.00), as is set forth in Part 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Such <br /> <br />-3- <br />
