~ ;~ NOW, THEREFORE, BY THE POWERS VESTED IN SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, BY THE ACTS OF THE STATE OF INDIANA (Acts 1969, Ch, 252, and all Amendments thereto), BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA, THAT: Section 1 It is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that in order to control the flow of traffic in a part of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that at the intersection where Old State Road #67 intersects with Indianapolis Road, for motor vehicular traffic exit- ing from Old State Road #67, in a northerly direction on to Indiana- polis Road, it is hereby established as a stop intersection, and the driver of any motor vehicle entering said intersection from Old State Road #67, at said intersection and intending to turn on to Indiana- pOlis Road in a northerly direction, shall stop in obedience to a stop sign erected at said intersection for the control of traffic, and shall proceed cautiously into the intersection after first coming to a full stop at said sign, unless traffic at said intersection is controlled by a police officer on duty, in which event, the direction of the police officer shall be complied with. Section 2 The Town Marshal, or any other person designated by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, shall post or cause to be posted appropriate signs or sign at the aforesaid intersection controllind the traffic entering into said Indianapolis Road from Old State Road #67, Section 3 Violation of this Ordinance is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than One Dollar ($1.00) -2-
