The manhole shall be <br />installed by the owner at his expense, and shall be maintained <br />by him so as to be safe and accessible at all times. <br />(i) All measurements, tests, and analyses of the characteris- <br />tics of waters and wastes to which reference is made in Sec. 5( c) <br />and Sec. 5( f) shall be detennined in accordance with "Standard <br />Methods for the Examil18.tion of Water and Sewage" and shall be <br />deteI'lllined at the control manhole provided for in Sec. 5(h) or <br />upon suitable samples taken at said control manhole. In th. <br />event that no special manhole has been required, the control <br />manhole shall be considered to be the nearest downstream man- <br />hole in the public sewer to the point at iiÌ'.ich the building sewer <br />is connected. <br />(j) No statement contained in this article shall be <br />construed as preventing any spedal agreeant or arrangement <br />between the Town and any industrial concern whereby an indus.. <br />trial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by <br />the Town for treatment, subject to payment therefor by the <br />industrial concern. <br />Sec. 6. No unauthorized perscn shall maliciously, willfully <br />or negligently break, damage, òestroy, uncover, deface, or tamper <br />with any structure, appurtenance, or equipnent which is a part <br />of the municipal sewage works. Any person violating this pro- <br />vision shall be subject to immediate arrest under char¡e of <br />disorderly conduct. <br />Sec. 7. The Superintendent, Inspector, and other duly <br />authorized employees of the Town bearing proper credentials and <br />identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties <br /> <br />
