<br />r <br />I . <br />¡ .. <br />I <br />I <br />, <br />! <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />, . <br /> <br />for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, <br /> <br />sampling, and testing, in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br />Sec. 8. (a) Any person found to be violating anU pro- <br /> <br />vision of this ordinance except Sec. 6 shall be served by the <br /> <br />Tow with written notice stating the nature of the violation <br /> <br />and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory <br /> <br />correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of <br /> <br />time stated in su~ notice, permanently cease all violations. <br />(b) Any person who shall continue any rlolation beyond <br />the time limit prorlded for in Sec. 8(a) shall be guilty of a <br /> <br />misdemeanor, and upon conviction therof shall be fined in an <br /> <br />amount not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each rlolation. <br /> <br />Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be <br /> <br />deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />(c) Any person violating any of the provisbns of this <br /> <br />ordinance shall become liable to the Town for any expense, loss <br /> <br />or damage occasioned the Town by reason of such violation. <br /> <br />Sec. 9. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> <br />herewith are hereby repealed, and Ordinance 5-1957 is hereby <br /> <br />specifically repealed. The invalidity of any section, clause, <br /> <br /> <br />sentence, or provision of this ordinance shall not affect the <br /> <br />validi ty of any other part of this ordinance which can be given <br />effect without such invalid part or parts. <br />Sec. 10. This ordinance to be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after ite passage. <br /> <br />
