Virginia Perry made a motion for approval, the <br /> motion was seconded and passed 6-0. <br /> The next item on the agenda also by Holloway Engineering is a PUD phase 29 <br /> buildings 535, 537, 539, 541 and 543 at Bridgemore Village. Ross Holloway <br /> informs the plan commission that these buildings are unique in that they are not all <br /> the same, but are made out of the same materials and have the "same foot prints" <br /> as previously approved units. Mike Young called for questions, Jeff Dieterlen once <br /> again clarified that the units were similar to existing approved units, Ross <br /> Holloway said yes. Jeff Dieterlen made a motion to approve, Perry King seconded <br /> the motion and the OUD passed unanimously. <br /> Dennis Nail reported 25 permits and 91 inspections, and stated inspections are <br /> above normal recently. <br /> During Re Organization Perry King nominated Mike Young as Chairman, motion <br /> second3ed and passed. Mike Young nominated Jeff Dieterlen as Vice Chairman, <br /> motion seconded and passed. A motion was made for Perry King as secretary, that <br /> motion was seconded and passed unanimously. <br /> Mike Young called for any new business, none was presented. <br /> Documents were signed by the commission for Holloway Engineering regarding <br /> tonight's filings, a motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed. <br /> idasiiscs <br /> Chairmen <br /> Secretary <br />
