i <br /> Plan Commission Minutes <br /> Thursday August 28th, 2014 <br /> Members Present: Mike Young, Brian Anderson, Jeff Dieterlen, Perry King, Bill Colbert, <br /> Virginia Perry and town attorney Tim Curren <br /> Mike Young called the meeting to order, and called for a motion on the July 2014 meetings <br /> minutes, a motion was made by Perry King to approve, seconded by Virginia Perry and passed. <br /> The first item on the agenda is a minor plat presented by Drapalik Surveying and Engineering for <br /> Heather Proft and Proft Rentals LLC for 17,366 acres at 11085 N Cooney Rd. The petitioner is <br /> requesting to increase the existing dog kennel. Clarification was made that the property is split <br /> approximately 6 '/2 acres and 10 '/2 acres, one used for the kennel the other residential, Mike <br /> Young also clarified that the property is zoned Agricultural; dog kennel is an allowable use for <br /> this zoning. During open questions Heather Proft answered that 50 dog runs would be built, an <br /> audience member asked what the additional portion could be used for, town attorney Tim ; <br /> Currens stated that the property would all be zoned the same so therefor it would have the same <br /> useable allowances. Drapalik provided audience members with a view of the mapped layout, <br /> illustrating driveways and so forth. Mike Young called for additional questions and or a motion. <br /> A motion was made by Jeff Dieterlen for approval, seconded by Virginia Perry and passed <br /> unanimously. Commission members signed all filing paperwork and returned to Drapalik. <br /> The next item on the agenda is an amendment to a PUD at Bridgemor Village. John Larrison of <br /> Holloway Engineering presented a request to alter an approved PUD from 2 multi family <br /> dwellings, a total of 8 units to 6 single family dwellings, Mike Young called for questions, an <br /> audience member expressed concern of emergency equipment blocking the narrow entrance, as <br /> in a very recent incident. Holloway Engineering expressed that while this topic had been f, <br /> discussed no good solution had been found as of yet,Ross Holloway added that their request <br /> tonight would inadvertently reduce the potential additional traffic than from previous plans. The <br /> Plan Commission addressed the audience in that they were there to determine then amended <br /> request, they had no ability to alter the existing entrance under this request. Brian Anderson <br /> made a motion to accept the request, the motion was seconded and passed. <br /> is <br /> John Larrison for Holloway Engineering presented a PUD for vacant ground on Bridgestone Dr, <br /> phase 30 and 31 on the east side of the Bridgemor Village Sub division. The proposal is for two <br /> single unit condos, Jeff Dieterlen confirmed with Holloway that these are approved units. Mike <br />
