He discussed the <br /> phases and the hopes that completion or phases completed by 2016 Mooresville's bicentennial. <br /> Dennis Nail gave his reports; inspections 72 and 21 permits since the last meeting. <br /> Holloway presented a request for Martin Witte of Country View Estates to amend the original <br /> covenant. Mr. Holloway and Mr. Witte both spoke that the amendments would be more in line <br /> with the original of section one, Holloway will remove the portion that allows the Town to <br /> enforce.
