EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION A part of Section 30, Township 14 North, Range 2 East, described as follows, to- wit: BEGINNING at a stone on the North and South center line which is 26.42 chains North of South one-half mile stone and running thence west ]3,75 chains to an iron rod; thence North 10.65 chains to an iron rod in the South line of the Right of Way ofT.H. I & E Railroad; thence, with said South line North 46 % degrees East 24,00 chains; thence south 13.79 chains to a stone; thence East 0.25 chains to center line of road; thence with said center line South 7 % degrees West 8.49 chains; thence South 22 degrees West 6,19 chains to the Place of Beginning, containing 31.50 acres, more or less, EXCEPT: BEGINNING 26.42 chains north of the said South half mile corner in the center of the Public Highway; thence West 5.11 chains; thence North 65 degrees East 7,10 chains to the center of said highway; thence South 22 degrees West 3.27 chains to the Place of Beginning, containing 0.76 of an acre more or less, and leaving 30.42 acres more or less, ALSO: BEGINNING at a point 26.42 chains North of said South Half mile corner and running West 8,62 chains; thence South 0,78 chains; thence North 84 Y2 degrees East 8.70 chains; thence North 65 degrees East 0.12 chains to the Place of Beginning, containing 0.35 of an acre more or less.
