maintained. This matter was then placee before the Board for a motion to either
deny or approve the application as presented. No motion being made the Board was
advised by Attorney Currens that the matter would have to be tabled until the
meeting of October 20, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. No motion was made and the same was tabled.
The next item on the agenda was a petition for a variance to allow a mobile home on
a one quarter acre lot fronting on East Carlisle Street. Notices and publication
were found to be in order and John Boren, representing Jim H. and Geraldine S. Henry
of 1734 Dayhuff Road, Mooresville, Indiana, proceeded with his presentation. The
attorney represented that Mr. & Mrs. Henry's intent was to eventually build a
double on the property and that it was properly zoned for this. However, due to
high interest rates their intent was to put a mobile home on the property and rent
it to a tenant. The only remonstrator present was John Crimmins of 448 E. Carlisle
Street, Mooresville, Indiana. Mr. Cri~m~ins advised that he lived in the property
next door to the lot in question and that the ground currently wasn't being kept up.
He advised the Board that he did not want a mobile home next door but would be in
favor of any type of current improvement to the ground which had been pushed up
into large mounds. Mr. Henry advised that the ground would have to be leveled for
the mobile home and that they would properly take care of the current condition
and improve the grounds. The Board then proceeded to make the following findings:

1. That there are exceptional and extraordinary
circumstances or conditions applicable to the
property of the petitioners and to the intended
use that does no'apply generally to the other
property or class of use in the same vicinity
and in the district in which it is located.
