<br />1. The estimated value of the redevelopment is reasonable <br /> <br />for projects of this size due to the nature of new employees and <br /> <br />proposed additional employees. <br /> <br />2. That the number of individuals who will be employed <br /> <br />along with those that can be expected to gain employment is <br /> <br />beneficial to the Town. <br /> <br />3. That the estimated annual salaries of those <br /> <br />individuals who will come into the community to be employed and <br /> <br />the additional employees is reasonable for a project of this <br /> <br />nature. <br /> <br />4. That the benefits from this Project can reasonably be <br /> <br />expected including the relocation of a new business to the <br /> <br />community from outside of the Town of Mooresville which will add <br /> <br />to the redevelopment of the area, the new jobs from the existing <br /> <br />business and the occupation of a spec building over a seven (7) <br /> <br />year lease. <br /> <br />5.
