<br />RESOLUTION /b , 2004 <br /> <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE TAX ABATEMENT <br />FILED BY ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresvi11e, Indiana (the "TownH) has <br /> <br />been requested by Electronics Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. (the <br /> <br />"Applicant H) to find, pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-3, that a <br /> <br />property tax abatement should be granted over a three (3) year <br /> <br />period on new equipment totaling Two Hundred Sixty Thousand <br /> <br />Dollars ($260,000.00) along with bringing twenty-one (21) new <br /> <br />employees to the area and an anticipated increase to thirty-five <br /> <br />(35) employees over the next three (3) years; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council has already found the <br /> <br />location where the Applicant is leasing for a period of seven <br /> <br />(7) years to be an Economic Revitalization Area; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresvil1e; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant does intend to buy new equipment <br /> <br />totaling Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000.00) which <br /> <br />will help the new business remain viable and be of benefit to <br /> <br />the area (the "projectH); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the move of this business to the existing Economic <br /> <br />Revitalization Area will be of benefit to the community; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council now finds that: <br /> <br />,_.~~_..~_,_, ______..__..._.'m_-..__~__·___·_~ <br />
