Henry: <br /> <br />This is to advise you of the findings of the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals in reference to your petition for a variance which <br />was f~]ed on September 7, 1982. At the meeting of September 29, 1982 <br />the Board granted the variance allowing you to use the property you <br />own on East Carlisle Street as described in the legal publication for <br />the purpose of having a mobile home placed on the property as a <br />residence subject to the following restrictions: <br /> <br />a. That commercial or masonary mater~al be placed <br /> around the mobile home as proper skirting. <br /> <br />b. That the mobile home be properly ]eve]ed. <br /> <br />co <br /> <br />That the mounds of dirt which were bulldozed <br />on the lot be ]eve]ed and the yard properly <br />maintained. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />That this variance shall run only to the property <br />owner of record, namely, yourselves and that at the <br />time of any sale of this property the variance shall <br />terminate. <br /> <br />'This variance is granted to you as an individual and will terminate at the <br />sale of the property or any time there is a change in ownership.
