MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, AUGUST 14, 2014, 6:30 P. M. <br /> The Redevelopment Commission met in regular session following the Executive <br /> Session. <br /> Commission members present: Chairman Harold Gutzwiller, Tim Corman, Don <br /> Stultz, Bill Boyd, and George Watkins. Non-voting member Mark Meadows from <br /> the school board, and Attorney Tim Currens was present. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Watkins with a second by Commissioner <br /> Stultz to approve the minutes of July 17th minutes. Motion carried 4-1. Harold <br /> abstained due to not being at that meeting. <br /> A motion was made to approve the financial report was made by Commissioner <br /> Watkins with a second by Commissioner Corman, Motion carried 5-0. <br /> GATEWAY update: Appraisals—Attorney Currens received two ( Integra and Will <br /> Stumps). A motion was made to approve appraiser's proposals. Motion carried <br /> 5-0. <br /> A landscaping and maintenance agreement proposal between INDOT and <br /> Commission will go to INDOT to get permission. A motion was made to approve <br /> by Commissioner Watkins with a second by Commissioner Boyd. Motion carried <br /> 5-0. <br /> Southbridge Update: Mr. Doyle, owner of Big 0 Tires is interested in purchasing a <br /> one quarter acre lot. A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a <br /> second by Commissioner Stultz to have this property appraised. Motion carried <br /> 5-0. <br /> Commissioner Corman reported a couple of tenants hadn't signed their cam <br /> charge agreement as of yet. Commissioner Corman reported the cap rate was 8.3 <br /> but the rest of the center spaces needed to be filled. He handed out a rent roll to <br /> the other commissioners. <br />
