Roscoe's Tacos is ready to put up their sign. It conforms to Redevelopment <br /> criteria but have to make sure it complies with Town ordinance. A motion was <br /> made by Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Watkins to <br /> approve Roscoe Taco's sign on the building. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Commissioner Gutzwiller reported the recycling bins were in the correct place in <br /> Southbridge. <br /> Commissioner Watkins reported on possibilities of a shell building. The team of <br /> George Watkins, Bill Boyd, and Chelsey Mann had been working this for 6 to 8 <br /> weeks. They sent out RFQ's. Two companies were interviewed and Chelsey <br /> requested Ronnebaum Construction to be present at tonight's meeting. <br /> Chairman Gutzwiller explained that most buildings in Mooresville that are <br /> available are not modern or meet current standards. <br /> Chris King, Executive Vice President, Tom Davis, Vice President, and Jim Bogeman, <br /> Director of Operations from Ronnebaum gave a presentation of shell buildings. <br /> Their buildings can be built for expansion. They can also finance a project. The <br /> next step would be to begin with a letter of intent and to work thru the budget <br /> numbers to see if the commission has some way to finance. <br /> Chairman Gutzwiller suggested Commissioner Watkins and Commissioner Boyd <br /> continue further. A motion was made by Commissioner Watkins with a second by <br /> Commission Stultz to move forward with a letter of intent. Chelsey Mann would <br /> also participate. Motion carried 5-0. There was a question as to whether Mark <br /> Meadows could work with the committee also. Attorney Currens will get back <br /> with the commission on this. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Watkins with a second by Commissioner <br /> Corman to have the property at St. Rd. 144 and Highway 67, Northwest corner <br /> appraised.
