Steve Fitzpatrick also requested that SOP 20.00 be added to the agenda to approve and sign at <br /> the next meeting. <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick also requested a complete property room audit be done. Steve Fitzpatrick is <br /> requesting a detailed report on what the Chief of Police's plans are for the property room and <br /> would like to have it by the next meeting. <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick also requested a copy of the SOP on the grievance process for the police <br /> officers. Steve Fitzpatrick also requested a copy of the entire SOP's on disks for the three police <br /> commissioners and the town attorney. <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick also requested information from the Chief of Police on how the department can <br /> add a K-9 officer. Steve Fitzpatrick also requested information from the Chief of Police on how <br /> to add at least one police officer to the swat team. Steve Fitzpatrick would like to have this <br /> information by the next meeting. <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick is also requested the information regarding the SOP on the distance an officer <br /> can live out of town. Steve Fitzpatrick is requesting that the SOP be updated and presented to the <br /> police commission for approval at the next meeting. <br /> Amanda Carrell asked Town Attorney Tim Currens if the civilian employees were under the <br /> authority of the Police Commission. Town Attorney Tim Currens stated that he would have to <br /> check into it. Amanda stated that she knew it had been discussed in a previous meeting by Chuck <br /> Berwick and stated that the dispatchers currently had their own SOP's to follow. Amanda was <br /> concerned about who would do the discipline and evaluations on the civilian employees. <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick asked that the meetings be moved to the Town Hall as there was no room for <br /> everyone to sit at the last meeting. The next meeting will be scheduled at the police department <br /> until they speak with Larry Bryant about moving the meeting location. <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
