M. <br /> MOORESVILLE GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> The Mooresville Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Wednesday, <br /> August 15, 2012, at 6:00 P. M. at the Mooresville Government Center. The meeting was <br /> for the purpose of I. C. 5-14-1.5-6.1-(b) (2) (D) for discussion of strategy in respect to the <br /> purchase or lease of real property. <br /> Commission members present were: George Watkins, Harold Gutzwiller, Don Schultz, <br /> and Tim Corman. Town attorney Tim Curren was present. <br /> hairman / <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Secretary <br /> The Mooresville Redevelopment Commission meeting was held following the Executive <br /> Session. <br /> Chairman Harold Gutzwiller called the meeting to order. A motion was made by <br /> Commissioner Stultz with a second by Commissioner Corman to approve the financial <br /> report. (See attached). Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made to approve minutes from the June 27, 2012 meeting by <br /> Commissioner Watkins with a second by Commissioner Corman. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion to approve July 24,2012 minutes was made by Commissioner Corman with a <br /> second by Commissioner Stultz. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Old Business: None <br />
