MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> ( <br /> MINUTES <br /> it <br /> WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2011, 6:00 P. M. <br /> MOORESVILLE GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> An executive session was held at 6:00 P. M. to discuss strategy for: collective bargaining; <br /> initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened <br /> specifically in writing;the implementation of security systems;, or the purchase or lease <br /> of real property(up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by <br /> the parties);provided however, all such strategy discussions must be necessary for <br /> competitive or bargaining reasons and may not include competitive or bargaining <br /> adversaries; IC5-14-1.5-2 (f). <br /> Redevelopment members present were: Harold Gutzwiller,Tim Corman,Brian Nelson, <br /> and attorney Tim Currens. M. also at <br /> the Mooresville Government Center. <br /> Members present: Harold Gutzwiller, Brian Nelson, and Tim Corman. George Watkins <br /> and Ron Wright were absent. There is one vacancy on the commission at this time,but a <br /> quorum was still present. Town attorney Tim Currens was present. Joy Sessing and Jeff <br /> Pipkin,Morgan County EDC, and Sandy Perry, Clerk-Treasurer were also present. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Nelson <br /> to approve the minutes of September 7, 2011 meeting. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> The fund report was given next(attached)with the balance of all funds at$5,768,553.97. <br /> A check for Carter Lee Pro Build in the amount of$150,000 was written out since the last <br />
