Ross Holloway spoke again, he stated repeatedly that some items, such as lighting, <br />restrooms, maintenance and security were not items for this commission to decide on. <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission was to vote in favor or not in favor of recommending <br />the rezone to the Town Council that was there sole purpose. Virginia Perry and other plan <br />members reiterated that while yes there were issues that Plan Commission were not to <br />decide there are items that Holloway and The Redevelopment Commission should be <br />prepared to address. Ross Holloway asked for a continuance, Virginia Perry motioned to <br />accept; the motion was seconded and passed. Ross Holloway asked for a motion to send <br />the rezone to the Town Council with no recommendation. Mike Young called for a <br />motion on that request, no motion was made, the continuance stands. <br />Dennis Nail the re work of the ordinance book. Dennis has received two bids and what <br />those bids entail; copies were distributed to the commission members. Dennis will <br />present the members with his recommendations prior to the next meeting. One will make <br />the ordinances more user friendly one is more economical. Dennis has issued 27 building <br />permits since the last meeting and completed 67 inspections. When asked Dennis relayed <br />that the new Rehab Center at Johnson and Hadley would complete on time. <br />A motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed. <br />Commission Chairman <br />Secretary <br />
