HOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Hooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met In special called <br />session on Hay 11, 1976, at 7:30 P.N. Present were: Paul Walters, <br />Steve Edwards, Warren Franklin, Eweather Stephens and Attorney for <br />the Board, Oavid E. Lawson. <br /> <br /> · ' ' d <br /> Reading of the m~nutes of the previous mq~ting was w~¥e~/~ ~-~ <br /> A motion for a continuance was filedj~n-~h~ hearing f~Tt~e <br />petition by John Wissner for Thompson Auto Supply. The hearing was <br />rescheduled for Thursday, Hay 27, 1976, at 7:30 PoM. <br /> <br /> ~ocket #1, 1974, was presented by Attorney Steve H~rrls for <br />Superintendent Wlli~am Curry and the Nooresv~lle Consolidated School <br />Corporation. Evidence for the need of a variance to present zoning <br />codes to build a new school bus maintenance garage. Building to <br />be on .16 acres of ground located north of Paul Hadley Jr..High . <br />School & Southeast of the High School.Parking 1or. The bu~ldin~ w~ll <br />of metal construction with a ~ ft. painted cement block base, w~11 <br />sit 6 to 10 feet from the parking lot and the front entrance will be <br />on the East side ~ the building. Legal documents eetative to the <br />variance were examined by Atterney Lawson and found to be in proper <br />order. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br /> There were no remonstrators, but William Abbott spoke in favor <br />of the variance being granted. <br /> <br /> After due consideration by the Board a motion was made by <br />Steve Edwards and seconded by Warren Franklin that ~X~[~ the <br />variance be granted as presented in the petition with the condition <br />that any disposable materials, parts or refuse ?quiring storage <br />outside the building structure shall be placed ~n.an enclosed screened <br />area to be compatible !n appearance with the architectural design of <br />the total school facility. <br /> <br />There being <br /> <br />no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
