MOORBSVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> Nooreevllle, Indiana 46158 <br /> <br />June 1, 1976 <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Currens <br />HARRIS & CURRENS <br />19 East Main Street <br />Mooresvllle, Indiana 46158 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Thompson Auto Supply, <br />Mooresville Board of <br />Docket % 2-1976 <br /> <br />Zoning Appeals <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Currens= <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the action taken by the Mooreeville Hoard <br />of Zoning Appeals on the Petition for Variance which was filed by <br />your client, Thompson Auto Supply, Inc., and docketed as case number <br />2-1976. <br /> <br />The Hoard unanimously passed the following motion after the public <br />hearing and hearing all evidence~ <br /> <br />That a variance be granted to Thompson Auto Supply, <br />Inc., on the existing parking area consisting of a <br />concrete slab approximately 30 by 45 feet on the <br />north en~ of lots #14-15, at 18 West Harrison Street. <br /> <br />Further, that a variance be granted to Thompson Auto <br />Supply, Inc., to uss the existing garage on the north <br />end of said lot 914-15, at 18 West Harrison Street, <br />for storage conditioned on the following~ <br /> <br />South door shall be permanently sealed if used <br />as a storage garage. <br /> <br />(2) Ingress and egress shall be from the north end <br /> of the building on to the existing alley. <br /> <br /> <br />
