Beil<man made the motion to approve the low bid as presented. Commissioner Boyd seconded the <br />motion, which passed 5-0. <br />Attorney Currens shared that there is an executed Letter of Intent (LOI) on behalf of a potential tenant <br />at Southbridge and that pending approval from the RDC, he would work on an agreeable lease for both <br />parties. Commissioner Corman made the motion to proceed with developing the lease. Commissioner <br />Stultz seconded the motion, which carried 5-0. <br />Economic Development/Projects Update: Manns updated the RDC that Superintendent of Public <br />Works Moore is working with SCI REMC regarding the placement of lighting along Cherry Blossom Way. <br />Review of Claims: The docket, excluding the claim for Gibraltar was provided. Commissioner Beikman <br />made the motion to approve the remaining claims in the amount of $605,609.20. Commissioner <br />Corman seconded the motion which passed 5-0. A bill for $130,665.70, which is the final pay for work <br />Gibraltar has completed along SR 67, was presented. Because they have a plant warranty into 2017, the <br />RDC asked if a portion of that amount could be held for the warranty. Rundell Ernstberger and <br />Associates will look into the matter.
