$48,413.00 Split System <br />$56,849.00 Roof Top Systems <br />After some discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Beikman to replace the units and move <br />forward with Economy Heating & Cooling's bid of $37,784.00 for the roof top system. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Stultz, which carried 5-0. <br />Gateway Project Update: <br />Bicentennial Park— Commissioner Gutzwiller shared that the Steering Committee met and it is their <br />recommendation to reject the bids for the Bicentennial Park. They are working with Rundell Ernstberger <br />and Associates on making some modifications to the park which wouldn't change the integrity of the <br />park but could lessen the bids. Commissioner Boyd made the motion to reject the bids for the <br />Bicentennial Park as well as the sculptural element. Commissioner Stultz seconded the motion, which <br />carried 5-0. <br />Indiana Street— Manns presented that the Indiana Street project was wrapping up for the winter. <br />Schutt-Lookabill was pleased with their progress as they are nearing Harrison street with construction. <br />Commissioner Gutzwiller requested that Manns circulate Schutt-Lookabill's project timeline, which she <br />will do. <br />Old Business: No old business. <br />New Business: No new business. <br />Legal Update: Commissioner Gutzwiller asked legal counsel what the process for transferring Cherry <br />Blossom Way entailed. Attorney Currens shared a deed of dedication was what was needed. <br />Commissioner Gutzwiller requested he have that prepared for the next meeting. <br />Attorney Currents presented his legal contract for 2017. The only change from the 2016 contract were <br />the dates. Commissioner Beikman made the motion to approve the contract as presented. <br />Commissioner Boyd seconded the motion, which carried 5-0. <br />Economic Development/Projects Update: Manns updated the RDC that most of December was spent <br />with coordinating efforts at Southbridge Crossing as well as the Bicentennial Park bid process. <br />Review of Claims: A motion was made to approve the docket as presented for a total of $861,147.22 by <br />Commissioner Beikman and seconded by Commissioner Boyd. The motion carried 5-0. <br />For the Good of the Order: Commissioner Gutzwiller circulated the Indiana Economic Development <br />Association's Redevelopment Commission outline to the members. <br />Commissioner Beikman made the motion to adjourn. <br />Chairman J <br />
