The next item on the agenda is a variance request for the allowance of a <br />landscaping company at 5657 E. State Rd. 144 presented by attorney <br />Dale S. Coffey. Mr. Coffey, representing Tricia L. Price, indicated the <br />rental property was previously an auto sales lot, he further mentioned the <br />veterinarian clinic, convenience store, and churches in the vicinity <br />demonstrating that a small business would not be out of place in a fairly <br />residential area. Mr. Coffey indicated he would answer questions or <br />address any concerns. Cheryl Teverbaugh of 5727 E. St Rd 144 <br />expressed concerns of: noise such as dump trucks and delivery vehicles, <br />the tidiness of the location, hours of operation and an RV for sale on the <br />premises. Mrs. Teverbaugh presented pictures of the business to the <br />Board. Neal Allman asked Mr. Coffey if her, or the property owners <br />were aware of the concerns, he indicated no and that he would like the <br />opportunity outside of the meeting to meet with the neighbors to address <br />any concerns. Perry KinXen made a motion to continue the variance <br />request, Charles McGuire seconded the motion and the motion passed. <br />When no new business was presented Perry King made a motion to <br />adjourn, Charles McGuire seconded that motion and the motion passed <br />3-0. <br />Next Meeting will be Thursday December 141h, 2017 at 6:00pm <br />, , Odl�'— <br />Chairman <br />
