5. The approval does not interfere substantially with the <br />Comprehensive Plan adopted under the 500 Series of this Chapter <br />namely because of the location on a State Highway, in a commercial <br />area and location on a State highway with the appropriate buffer <br />makes this use appropriate and not inconsistent with the Master <br />Land Use Plan. <br />Restrictions: <br />Variance granted will have a limitation on the amount of time any <br />vehicle could be stored of thirty (30) days maximum except subject <br />to any Bureau of Motor Vehicle requirements that must be met, law <br />enforcement restrictions and requirements for holding the vehicle <br />in the impound. <br />This Variance shall run with the ground and be applicable to <br />all future owners.
