Mooresville Plan Commission <br />January 25t1', 2018 <br />Minutes <br />Members Present: Tammy VanHook, Perry King, Jeff Dieterlen, <br />Mike Young, David Moore, Denis Chambers, Joe Beikman, members <br />absent: Robert Alumbaugh and town attorney Tim Currens. <br />First item on the agenda is reorganization: Jeff Dieterlen made a <br />motion to have Mike Young remain as President and Perry King as <br />Secretary; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. Mike <br />Young made a motion that Jeff Dieterlen remain the Vice President, <br />this motion was seconded and carried. <br />Jeff Dieterlen made a motion to approve the previous minutes as <br />presented, Joe Beikman seconded this motion and the motion passed. <br />The third item on the agenda is a minor plat at 11983 N. Bethel Rd. <br />presented by Tim and Krista Conroy, on behalf of property owners <br />Donovan and Joyce Robinson. The Conroy's are asking to separate <br />off 3.5 acres. Mike Young called for any questions from the <br />Commission members. Jeff Dieterlen confirmed that driveway <br />approval had been sought, Tammy VanHook questioned if all <br />required agencies had been contacted, and she was told yes. Dennis <br />Chambers asked if the Plat had been updated, as requested at the tech <br />review meeting, yes it had. With no further questions from the <br />members and none from the audience Jeff Dieterlen made a motion to <br />approve the minor plat, Dennis Chambers seconded the motion and <br />the motion passed unanimously. <br />The next item on the agenda is the amended North Madison PUD <br />development and construction standards for section 1 and 2. This <br />agenda item has been continued from the December 2017 meeting. <br />Ross Holloway, representing Darryl Swinney reviewed the requested <br />changes; concrete slab verses crawl space, lot sizes, home sizes, <br />
