Legal Update: Attorney Currens stated that with the desire to sell Southbridge Crossing, the RDC will <br />need to update the two appraisals. Commissioner Biekman made the motion to approve securing the <br />two appraisals. Commissioner Stultz seconded the motion, which carried 4-0. <br />Commissioner Beikman made the motion to approve the issuance of the RFQ for Brokerage Services to <br />any perspective retail broker to help the RDC through the process. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Stultz and carried 4-0. <br />Economic Development/Projects Update: Manns spent much of the month working with the new <br />tenant, Daisy Baby, at 200 Southbridge Street. She also attended the Redevelopment Association of <br />Indiana (RAI) Annual Meeting who has chosen Mooresville as the Indiana municipality to tour in 2018. <br />Review of Claims: Claims were presented in the amount of $698,915.08. Commissioner Boyd made the <br />motion to approve the claims as presented. Commissioner Beikman seconded the motion, which <br />carried 4-0. Manns noted that the two largest claims were for the sewer bond payment ($150,000) and <br />2014 TIF Bond ($312,000). <br />For the Good of the Order: Commissioner Gutzwiller welcomed Dr. Larry Moore as the school <br />representative.
