Tim Currens. Commissioner Beikman approved the contract as presented, naming Commissioner <br />Gutzwiler signatory. Commissioner Stultz seconded the motion, which carried 5-0. <br />Commissioner Gutzwiller noted that upon receiving news of Attorney Currens retirement, the <br />Commission have been seeking new legal counsel and hope to have an executed contract and counsel at <br />the March meeting. <br />Economic Development/Projects Update: Manns noted she's spent much time on appraisals for <br />Southbridge Crossing as well as with potential buyers. She also attended the Redevelopment <br />Association of Indiana (RAI) next meeting is on Monday, March 26" and the AIM Legislative Dinner will <br />follow that evening. <br />Review of Claims: Claims were presented in the amount of $22,193.23. Commissioner Corman made <br />the motion to approve the claims as presented. Commissioner Beikman seconded the motion, which <br />carried 5-0. Manns noted that claims totaling $2,275.02 were approved by the Town Council at their <br />January meeting.
