13551 <br />Virginia Perry, 102 Fountain Drive, said she would be glad to help Dustin Stanley with the posts for <br />— Grandview. <br />Cathy Crockett requested her parent's funds in escrow account be returned to them. The checking <br />account is at Citizen's Bank with a balance of $27,000. This was set up in Margie Wyttenbach's name <br />for a subdivision called Keswick that her parents were going to develop. The Wyttenbach's have <br />gotten a lot older and both are sick so at this time they want to vacate and replat. The land is zoned <br />as AG. The council has to figure out how to do this. Legal will do a title search. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Rogers with a second by Councilman Beikman to approve <br />payment of the claims in the amount $449,138.08. Motion carried 5-0. <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion was made by <br />Councilman Rogers with a second by Councilman Stanley to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5- <br />0. <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be Tuesday, June 5, 2018, <br />at 6:30 P.
