Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday April 26th, 2018 <br />Members Present: Tammy VanHook, Perry King, Joe Beikman, <br />David Moore, Dennis Chambers, Mike Young, Jeff Dieterlen attorney <br />Mel Daniel. Robert Alumbaugh was absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order and requested a motion for <br />the previous minutes, Petry King made a motion to accept the <br />previous minutes as presented, Joe Beikman seconded the motion and <br />the motion passed unanimously. <br />The first item on the agenda is a minor plat at 5170 E. Neitzel Rd., <br />presented by John Larrison of Holloway Engineering on behalf of <br />Charlotte Money. Mr. Lamson stated the request is to create two lots; <br />lot 1 @ 8.445 acres includes the home and small barn lot 2 @ 10.573 <br />acres includes the larger barn. Mr. Lamson also stated that he had <br />met with the highway department regarding the driveway permit and <br />that the drainage pipe had recently been updated. Mike Young called <br />for questions when none were asked he called for a motion; Jeff <br />Dieterlen made a motion to approve, Dennis Chambers seconded the <br />motion and the motion passed 7-0. <br />Next item on the agenda is request for favorable recommendation on <br />a rezone at Western and Landersdale Roads: the request is to go from <br />AG to PUD -E for school purposes. Jeff Banning of Banning <br />Engineering stated on behalf of the School Corporation that the <br />Mooresville School Corp would like to purchase this property while it <br />is available for future school uses, any uses would come back before <br />the Commission. Jeff Dieterlen confirmed with Mr. Banning that only <br />the PUD -E was being sought at this time while Dennis Chambers <br />confirmed with member Joe Beikman that a transportation garage is <br />an allowable use under this zoning. When no further questions were <br />asked a motion to send a favorable recommendation to the Town <br />
