MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, MAY 9, 2018 6:OOpm <br />Members present: Harold Gutzwiller, Joe Beikman, Bill Boyd, Tim Corman and Don Stultz. School board <br />appointee Larry Moore was present. Attorney Adam Steuerwald was present. Project Manager Chelsey <br />Manns was present <br />Minutes: Minutes from the April 5th executive and public sessions were provided. Commissioner <br />Beikman made the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Commissioner Corman seconded the <br />motion, which carried 5-0. <br />Financials: Financials were previously emailed from the Clerk -Treasurer's office. Commissioner Corman <br />made the motion to approve the financials as presented. Commissioner Stultz seconded the motion, <br />which carried 5-0. <br />Annual TIF Update: Jason Semler of Umbaugh presented the annual TIF report in addition to the pass- <br />through analysis performed by Umbaugh. <br />Public Comment: Shane Williams of 6 West Main asked Mr. Semler to clarify a statement regarding the <br />pass-through analysis. Mr. Semler clarified the RDC may partner with taxing units on projects if said <br />projects are indicated in the TIF plan, which is different than pass-through. <br />Southbridge Crossing: Commissioner Corman presented a listing agreement with Colliers International <br />Indiana, LLC for the sale of Southbridge Crossing. Commissioner Boyd made the motion to approve the <br />listing agreement as presented. Commissioner Corman seconded the motion. Commissioner Gutzwiller <br />noted local offers are still under consideration. Commissioner Boyd noted that the agreement doesn't <br />preclude anyone and that it sit he fiduciary duty of the Commission to get the best offer possible. The <br />motion carried 5-0. <br />Manns noted that the missing panel on the pylon had been replaced. She also shared that she was <br />going to be getting quotes to fix potholes throughout the parking lot and road prior to the next meeting. <br />Gateway Project Update: <br />Bicentennial Park: Manns presented the Commission with placement of 'Bicentennial Park' as well as <br />'Citizens Bank Community Pavilion' on the building at Bicentennial Park in addition to a quote from Linel <br />to fabricate and install the letters. The quote was for $11,100. She also noted that she had asked Linel <br />to provide a mock-up to which they agreed. Commissioner Boyd made the motion to approve the quote <br />for Linel's work at Bicentennial Park as presented. Commissioner Corman seconded the motion, which <br />carried 5-0. <br />Manns noted there will be a ribbon cutting prior to the inaugural concert on Saturday, June 9` at <br />Bicentennial Park. <br />
