Manns provided PR10 for $586.00 which includes the installation of a 30 -amp 2 -pole circuit breaker <br />(GFCI) forth e circuit feeding the receptacles at the seat wall. She noted that this was a request and <br />recommendation of Building Inspector Tim Bennett as this presents a liability and isn't a requirement <br />per the Town's ordinance which is why it was overlooked. Commissioner Corman made the motion to <br />approve PR10 as presented. Commissioner Stultz seconded the motion. Commissioner Beikman noted <br />he would abstain as he wanted to further look into the issue and ordinance. The motion carried 4-0-1 <br />(Beikman). <br />Manns presented the proposed holiday banners for Indiana Street to the Commission for consideration. <br />Commissioner Boyd made the motion to approve the design and fabrication of the holiday banners as <br />presented. Commissioner Corman seconded the motion, which carried 5-0. <br />Old Business: Commissioner Gutzwiller presented the first draft of a mission statement after it was <br />brought up at the April meeting by Dr. Moore. <br />New Business: No new business. <br />Legal Update: No legal update <br />Economic Development/Projects Update: Manns noted the Redevelopment Association of Indiana's <br />annual site tour will be held Monday, 11`n from 10:00-3:00. She also noted that she'll be speaking on <br />behalf of the RDC at the Mooresville Chamber luncheon on May 17`n <br />Previously the RDC had discussed trash cans for downtown since the previous ones had been removed <br />during the Indiana Street construction. After much research, Manns worked with Superintendent of <br />Public Works and had 8 of the old trash cans taken to Powder Pro in the business park to be stripped <br />and powder coated. That invoice is for $1920.00 and is included in the claims. <br />Review of Claims: Claims were presented in the amount of $36,130.33. Commissioner Corman made <br />the motion to approve the claims as presented.
